Aufgabenstellung<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Anbindung eines <a href=\"http:\/\/www.hybris.com\/de\/\">Hybris WebShops<\/a> an die BRIM-Kette (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sap.com\/germany\/products\/customer-relationship-management.html\">SAP CRM<\/a>):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beim Start des Projekts gab es noch keine Anbindung des Hybris WebShops an das CRM-System. Die Aufgabenstellung war, eine Bereitstellung dieser Anbindung in Kooperation mit SAP als Basis f\u00fcr das mittlerweile entstandene Standardprodukt SAP Hybris Commerce Suite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Rahmenbedingungen f\u00fcr das Standardprodukt:<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Anbindung des WebSSO-Systems f\u00fcr Kunden<\/li><li>Kundenanlage im CRM-System und \u00fcbertragung an den WebShop.<\/li><li>Ordermanagment (\u00dcbertragung der Order an das CRM-System und Ansto\u00dfen der Verarbeitungsprozesse)<\/li><li>Automatisierung der Gesamtl\u00f6sung<\/li><li>Etablierung eines Fraud Managements<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Anforderungen, die \u00fcber die reine Standardintegration hinausgehen:<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Pflege des Produktmodells in SAP RM und Synchronistaion mit\ndem WebShop<\/li><li>Vollst\u00e4ndige Konfiguration der Produkte im Orderprozess\n(auf Einzelmerkmalsebene vs Produktbundles im Standard)<\/li><li>Selbstregistrierung von Kunden und Synchronisation der\nStammdaten im SSO-Verbund<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>operative T\u00e4tigkeiten<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Demandmanagement und Releaseplanung<\/li><li>Erstellung des Terminplans<\/li><li>Durchf\u00fchrung der Abstimmungsmeetings<\/li><li>Steuerung der Dienstleister<\/li><li>Koordination der internen Abteilungen<\/li><li>Statusreporting<\/li><li>Qualit\u00e4tssicherung<\/li><li>Lessons Learned<\/li><\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Design und Implementierung des Hybris Webshops an ein SAP CRM System (on premise) Telekommunikation Deutschland Projektleiter f\u00fcr T-Systems International 03\/2015 \u2013 03\/2019 fachl.
